Play as a Seeker of the Compass Academy!

The Whispering
Kite Festival

The Whispering
Kite Festival

For ages 7 to 9 years

In Windmere, life moves gently with the skies. Windmills turn above warm rooftops, and children send messages between floating islands using kites and singing sky-shells that hum when the wind passes through them.

But as the annual Kite Festival approaches, something strange happens—the wind stops. No breeze. No currents. No song in the sky-shells. It is as if the world has forgotten how to move.

As newly appointed Seekers of the Compass Academy, you are tasked to help restore balance to Windmere.

What begins as a small mystery becomes a journey through drifting cloud paths, sleeping sky creatures, and faint traces of glowing sky-shell fragments that seem to react to emotion rather than force.

The Broken Currents Expedition

For ages 10 to 12 years

Across Windmere, floating islands are held together by vast invisible currents.

But what happens when one of these currents fracture, causing entire regions to drift out of alignment?

The Seekers of the Compass Academy are sent as part of a larger expedition alongside other academy teams. Each group studies the disruption, but no two groups agree on what is happening.

Some believe the currents are breaking. Others believe they are evolving. And as fragments of forgotten ruins rise through the clouds, the Seekers must navigate not only the changing sky but also disagreement, interpretation, and trust

You as a Seeker must navigate not only the changing skies, but also disagreements, interpretation and trust.

The Broken Currents Expedition

Edge of the Storm

For ages 13 to 16 years

Beyond the known maps of Windmere lies a phenomenon that no Compass Academy archive can fully explain—the Unmapped Storm.

It is not a single storm, but a living convergence of broken currents, fractured skies, and drifting island fragments that appear and vanish without warning. Entire regions shift around their edges, as if reality itself is being rewritten in motion.

You are no longer just Seekers, but experts in your fields:

  • Sky Cartographers, who believe the storm can be mapped, predicted, and ultimately controlled

  • Current Wardens, who believe it must be stabilised to preserve SKYBOUND’s balance

  • Storm Riders, who believe the storm is not destruction, but communication from something beyond understanding

You can brave the storm as Seekers. But now, your challenge lies in the responsibility that comes with
